Fried Bomboloni (Italian Doughnuts): Every Bite Is A Burst Of Flavor

Ingredients:
500g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
100g soft butter
Grated lemon peel
240g milk
100g sugar
25g fresh yeast
Fill with chocolate, custard or lemon
Custard
Lemon cream
Directions:
You can make this recipe both by hand and in the food processor. Dissolve the yeast in milk and add the sugar. Then add the flour, lemon peel, sugar and stir until a dough is obtained. Let rise until doubled and then roll out and make diskettes. Let rise for another 30 minutes and deep fry in boiling oil. Coat in sugar and fill.
