Potato Parmesan Recipe: Tasty & Creamy

Ingredients:
200g ham
400g diced mozzarella
1lt béchamel sauce
1kg potatoes
Salt and pepper
Grated cheese

Directions:
Cut the potatoes into thin slices, then make several layers alternating béchamel, potatoes, salt, pepper and mozzarella. At the end add a little oil, béchamel and grated cheese. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 40 minutes.
