Coffee Chiffon Cake: Tall, Soft & Yummy

Ingredients:
110g 00 flour
90g coconut flour
30g cocoa powder
80ml rice oil
4 large eggs
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
150ml coffee with moka pot
200g caster sugar
Directions:
Divide the yolks from the whites, and whisk them with a pinch of salt. Then whip the egg yolks with the sugar, then sift the flour and cocoa powder. Finally add the coffee and the baking powder. Mix and pour into the mold. Bake at 165°C (330°F) for 70 minutes.
