Tartiflette, the french cheesy recipe to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
200 g smoked diced bacon
200 g sliced onions
1 reblochon
oil
salt pepper
200 g smoked diced bacon

Directions:
Cut the potatoes. Cook onion and bacon in a pan with oil. Then put all the ingredients in a baking tray. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 45 minutes.
