Mashed potato loaf: warm, cheesy and full of flavor!

Mash the potatoes and put them in the bread pan. A savory dish everyone will really enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
4 boiled potatoes
salt
pepper
1 egg
70g Parmesan cheese
speck
scamorza cheese

breadcrumbs
3 hardboiled eggs
olive oil

DIRECTIONS
1. Boil and mash the potatoes
2. Season with salt, pepper, egg and Parmesan cheese.
3. Blend in the speck and scamorza cheese into the potato mixture.
4. Cover the bottom of a bread pan with breadcrumbs and add half of the potato mixture.
5. Place the eggs in the center and cover them with the remaining mixture.
6. Add more breadcrumbs and drizzle with olive oil.
7. Bake at 180°C for 35 minutes.
