Potato kebab balls: the recipe to make this rich and tasty dish

Ingredients:
Mashed Potato:
4/5 piece Medium size boiled potato
2 tbsp Ghee or clarified butter
½ cup Roaster onion
1 tsp Crushed pepper
1 tsp Salt
White sauce:
2 tbsp All purpose flour
2 tbsp Butter
1 pinch Salt
1 cup Milk
Stuffing:
1 cup Chicken mince
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Salt
½ cup Chopped onion
3-4 piece Chopped green chili
Some chopped coriander leaves
Directions:
Potato: Boil the potatoes and mash them with al the ingredients.
Sauce: In a pan melt the butter and then add and combine the ingredients.
Stuffing: In a pan cook the chicken with oil, then add others ingredients and mix well together. Finally add white sauce.
Make the ball with mashed potato and stuffing, pass into eggs and breadcrumbs and fry.
