Baked meatballs: a tasty, easy-to-make recipe

Ingredients:
1kg ground beef (700g beef, 300g pork)
2 eggs
150g breadcrumbs
50g grated Parmesan cheese
25g Pine nuts
50g raisins
Parsley to taste
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
Milk to taste
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, shape the meatballs and fill with raisins and pine nuts, or alternatively add the two to the mixture and then make the meatballs. Bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
