Torta Paradiso (Italian Heaven Cake): how to quickly make a soft, tall cake

Ingredients:
3 eggs
150g powdered sugar
100g butter
150g potato starch
1 baking powder
Salt to taste.
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients with the aid of electric whisks, pour into a pan and bake for 10 minutes at 160° (320°F) then for 15 minutes at 180° (360°F) and the last 10 minutes at 200°.C (400°F)
