Sweet fritters with custard: simply irresistible

Ingredients:
100g water
85g all-purpose flour
salt
50g butter
sugar
2 eggs
Custard
Directions:
Pour the water and mix the butter, salt and sugar. Gradually add and mix the flour, then beat the eggs and add them.
Then deep fry in boiling oil and fill with the cream.
