Caramel balls

Ingredients
3 pkg (4 oz. each) Semi-sweet chocolate bakers chocolate, broken into pieces
1/4 cup butter
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
24 caramels, cut in half
1/4 cup sugar

Method
Add chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, or until all the chocolate is melted.
Add the milk and vanilla to the chocolate mixture. Then add flour and walnuts, mixing well.
Use a small ice cream scoop to grab some dough and wrap it around one caramel.
Roll the balls in sugar and place on the baking sheet.
Bake your cookies for 6 to 8 minutes at 350Β°F/180Β°C.
Cool forΒ 5 minutes and serve.
