Vanilla cream cake recipe: the creamy dessert to absolutely try

Ingredients:
500 gr puff pastry
6 cup milk
9 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar for egg yolk
1/2 cup sugar for egg whites
1 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp rum
Cream layer:
2 cup cream to whip
Directions:
Mix the egg whites with sugar, in another pot beat the egg yolk with sugar, flour, vanilla and rum. Cook and mix, finally combine with egg whites. Whip the cream. Spread the puff pastry, make holes and bake at 356°F for 15 minutes. Then make the layers and cool.
