Diy natural sunscreen: how to make it at home
published on 10 July, 2018 at 16:01
Ingredients:
60 ml coconut oil
30 g zinc oxide
60 g beeswax
120 ml olive oil
60 ml coconut oil
30 g zinc oxide
60 g beeswax
120 ml olive oil
Fill a pot with water as all the ingredients will be dissolved in a bain-marie. Take a bowl, place it in the water and pour the coconut oil. Add the beeswax and olive oil and wait for 15 to 20 minutes until all the ingredients have melted. Add zinc oxide powder (do not inhale it and use a mask when using it). Pour into a container, it will solidify after a few minutes. If you want a thicker consistency just add the beeswax, on the contrary if you want more liquid just add olive oil.
