Crispy pie with cream: the easy recipe to make an amazing dessert

Ingredients:
450 gr phyllo dough
250 gr melted butter
1 liter of milk
200 gr sugar
120 gr semolina flour
10 gr starch
2 sachets vanillin
Icing sugar and cinnamon to decorate

Directions:
Cream: pour the milk into a saucepan and add sugar, semolina flour, starch, and vanillin. Bring on the stove and let it thicken. Transfer the cream into a bowl and cover with plastic wrap, let cool.
Roll out the phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Stuff with the cream and close. Bake at 400°F (200°) for 25 minutes.
