Lemon-Infused Spaghetti with Provolone: A Refreshing Recipe for the Summer

Ingredients for 2 people:
200 gr spaghetti
2 l water
1 big lemon
Parsley
Basil
Half-spicy provolone, grated
1 lemon zest, grated
Lesser calamint
salt

Directions:
Fill a pot with 2 liters of water and bring it to a boil. Aromatize the water with basil and parsley and add the lemon juice and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Heat a pan, add a ladle of the previously flavored water and salt it. Drop the spaghetti, add the parsley and a little oil. Stir, and never let the water dry, add more when needed. Remove the parsley, let the water dry. Turn off the heat, cream with the provolone and serve.
